GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1- The heating group of the machine has Gas system. The gas working and control units are controlled through the screen and has the electronic control system. The safety system electronically detects the gas and also checks if the gas in on or off. If the system is not on (the gas is not burning), the system automatically cuts off the gas. The electronic screen indicates the type of the fault. The system has advanced technical features that provide safety.    
2- The machine has the safety and protection systems in order to protect the workers and the machine.
3- The settings like the cooking heat, cooking time etc. can be performed through the main screen.
4- In the gas system of the oven, the system is heated through direct flames from the bottom. Since there will be steam and carbon monoxide exit out of the system, a chimney is required to discharge them from the production system. 
5- The whole gas systems of the machine is designed and produced in CE standards.
6- The production of bagels varies depending on the countries or even the cities. Therefore, it is required to choose the machine that is specifically designed for that product in order to produce healthy and proper products.
7- It is easy to install, maintain, clean and use the machine.
8- The machine was designed complying with the food production – the surfaces and wire bands contacting food are stainless and the moving parts were made of steel.
