GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1- The machine has the safety and protection systems in order to protect the workers and the machine.

3- The boiling system of the machine is heated through electrical resistances.
4- The wire band working in the boiling tank of the machine, the inside part of the tank and the parts that contacts dough can be demounted and washed.
5- In the system of the machine, the bagel enters in the system from one end and it exits the system boiled and ready for the sesame chamber automatically.
6- The system automatically adjusts the water in the tank and when the water is insufficient, it automatically completes it.
