THE WORKING SYSTEM OF THE LINE : The dough, which was kneaded in the mixer, is cut in the cutting machine in requested weights then it is twisted in the twisting machine. After the maturation in the maturing machine, the products are brought to the press section for loading. In this system the dough is loaded into the pressing section manually or automatically. The products are shaped in the pressing section, moves to the transaction conveyors and then are loaded to the tunnel ovens where the products are baked.
The baked products automatically transferred to maturation group, the products that cool down by itself can be collected beginning from the front line. If requested, the products can be bagged in the horizontal bagging group. The whole system except the packing group works with 4 persons. The products in diameters of 15-20-25-30-33 cm can be produced in the system of the machine. The products can be designed in order to have a 1-3-6 month shelf life.It is possible to produce plain products and products with Bran, Spice, Tomato, Light and Diet products in the production system.
